Introduction
  1. Everyone is welcome to join as long as we are accepting applications. However, please make sure you read this document in it's entirety before continuing.
  2. DRoA and its leaders will put the safety of the alliance and it's members above anything else.
  3. DRoA members will do their up most to help all DRoA allies!
    New Member Applications
  1. All applicants must be sponsored by a DRoA member or one of its allies.
    • If you do not have a sponsor, please visit DRoA Live Chat and introduce yourself.
  2. All new members must apply in the following order:
    1. Apply through Ogame.
    2. Apply on the forums and introduce yourself. Feel free to tell us anything additional that may have been left out on the Ogame application.
    3. Upon Approval, Register on the DRoA website
    DRoA reviews each application in the order they are received. Additionally we normally approve applications once each of the 6 senior members and the DRoA Congress has had adequate time to review your application. To expedite your application, please contact BSGalactica or KS-Testudo ingame.
  3. Any applicant that does not fill out a Ogame application prior to registering on the forums or the website, will be asked to do so before they will be considered.
    Activity
  • Inactive Members
    1. DRoA members inactive for longer than seven days will be removed on the 8th day if they have not notified BSGalactica, KS-Testudo, Deckard, Shazbot, Raven74, StrengthandHonour or posted on the forums.
    2. DRoA members that are inactive and have notified us will be considered for removal after 2 weeks (14 days). (Exceptions will be made to those that notify us of their circumstances, on a case by case basis.)
    3. Inactive notifications should include: Expected return, Fleetsave status (click here for info on Fleet Saving), Mine production levels, and how you plan on defending yourself while away. We recommend that if going inactive, you should put your mines at a production level that will help prevent you from becoming a target.
  • Vacation Mode (V-Mode) Members
    1. DRoA members in V-mode for longer than 14 days will be removed from the alliance, unless they notify BSGalactica, KS-Testudo, Deckard, Shazbot, Raven74, StrengthandHonour or posted on the forums.
    2. Members that are in V-mode and have notfied us, will be allowed to remain in the alliance until their account is deleted.
    3. V-Mode notifications should include: Expexted date of return and why you will be gone.
  • All members removed from the alliance have the right to reapply. When Reapplying, you must inform us as to why you were gone. We will then review your case and approve or deny you. It is not a 100% guarantee that you will be accepted.
  • All members must show an interest and support the alliance. This includes the following:
    1. Activity on the Forums.
    2. Interaction and activity in game.
    3. Activity on Galaxy Tool.
    4. Activity on the Chat.
    Members should participate at least on the Forums or Chat.
    Code of Conduct
  1. Any and all negative comments towards the alliance and or its members, will not be tolerated.
  2. Behavior deemed inappropriate is not tolerated and will not be allowed. This includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Lude comments either verbal or written towards members or other Ogame players.
    • Comments either verbal or written that is sexual in nature is strictly prohibited.
    • Comments either verbal or written that cast DRoA negatively are strictly prohibited.
    Remember that you are a representative of DRoA, so please use good judgement when posting comments on forums or in game or conversing to another player.
  3. DRoA has a Zero toleration rule. Viloators will be punished as follows:
    • First Offense: Violators will be demoted and certain privileges will be removed.
    • Second Offense: Violators will be immediately banned from the alliance and will be considered a traitor and an enemy.
    Racism
  1. Racism is not tolerated and will result in an immediate ban from DRoA.
    DRoA Ranks and Promotions
  1. The DRoA alliance determines the ranks of it's members based on the following criteria:
    • Activity
    • Overall Ogame Points
    • Ogame Fleet Points
  2. There are several different levels within DRoA, and all can be achived by a member with hard work and dedication. These ranks are as follows:

  3. Each rank has higher authority to the rank below, thus creating a chain of command. For issues in Ogame, please contact someone in the rank above yours. Issues governing all of DRoA or matters that cannot be resolved with in the above rank, should be taken directly to the Admirals and then Commandants.
    Diplomacy and Wars
  1. Only Flag Officers may officially declare war or discuss diplomacy with another alliance or Ogame player.
  2. Members lower than the rank of Admiral cannot knowingly start a war with another Ogame player or Alliance with out the knowlege and permission of a Admiral or Commandant.
    • This is not to say that if a war is started with out permission that we will not protect our alliance members. On the contrary, we will defend, attack and coordinate strikes to preserve our alliance and Ogame superiority.
    • This rule is in place to prevent muliple altercations or altercations with alliances or other players, which would cause DRoA members to spread their resources and fleets too thin.
  3. Prior to any war instigated by DRoA, all of DRoA's members have the right to vote and voice their opinion on the Forums. A majority vote will decide if DRoA will wage war or not.
